Refund Policy
Last updated 3 June 2026 · Built for honesty about what a digital SaaS can refund.
1. The short version
EnjinnX offers a 14-day full refund on first-time subscriptions, provided you've generated fewer than 10 themes. Beyond that, refunds are pro-rated or declined as described below. Annual plans get a 30-day refund window.
2. First-time subscription — full refund window
If this is your first paid subscription to EnjinnX, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge, provided:
- You have generated fewer than 10 themes since paying.
- You have not exported and used a generated theme on a live store.
- You have not breached the Acceptable Use clause of our Terms.
Eligibility is checked against engine usage logs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions get a longer evaluation window: you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge under the same usage conditions as Section 2. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the committed term but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
4. Recurring renewals
Monthly renewals are non-refundable. To avoid the next renewal, cancel from your account dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
5. Pro-rated refunds (edge cases)
We will consider pro-rated refunds outside the standard window in these cases:
- A confirmed Service outage on our side longer than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period.
- A material breaking change to the engine that materially reduces functionality you specifically paid for.
- Duplicate billing or a genuine billing error.
Pro-rating is calculated by unused days remaining in the billing period.
6. What is not refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:
- One-off credit packs or top-ups (treated like prepaid currency).
- Enterprise or custom commercial agreements with their own terms.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use clause.
- Subscriptions where the user has generated more than 10 themes within the refund window.
- Time spent generating content (the AI calls have already incurred cost).
7. How to request a refund
- Email hello@enjinnx.com from the address registered on your account.
- Include the subject line "Refund request — <your account email>".
- Briefly tell us what didn't meet your expectations. (Not required for eligibility — but it helps us improve.)
- We respond within 2 business days with a decision and, if approved, initiate the refund within 5–10 business days.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to — not instead of — any statutory consumer rights you have in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes do not retroactively affect refunds already approved or declined. Material changes will be notified by email.
